Required Contract Warnings: Florida Homeowners' Construction Recovery Fund

This video discusses the statutory requirement that residential contracts contain the Florida Homeowners' Recovery Fund warning contained in Section 489.1425, Florida Statutes. Although there is no limitation in Section 489.1425, access to the fund appears to be limited to Division I contractors.
