OSHA and Personal Protective Equipment

OSHA has issued new enforcement guidelines for determining whether employers have complied with OSHA personal protective equipment (PPE) standards. The standards now require employers to provide (at no cost to employees) protective equipment that includes face shields, goggles, earplugs, earmuffs and respirators.
