Set Aside of Clerk's Default

To set aside a clerk's default for not answering a complaint, a party must show excusable neglect, a meritorious defense and due diligence in seeking the removal of the default.  Harrison v. Harris, 448 So.2d 25 (Fla. 1st DCA 1977).
