Centimark Corporation, 2010 WL 3834611 (S.D.Fla), No. 09-CV-22473, filed September 30, 2010: Roofing company’s motion for summary judgment granted based on Florida’s delayed discovery doctrine under which the four year limitation period begins to run when the insured first discovered a roof leak associated with a newly installed roof.
