Implied Warranty of Constructability

The implied warranty of constructability applies from an owner to a contractor but not from a contractor to a subcontractor.  Gillingham Const., Inc. v. Newby-Wiggins Const., Inc., 42 P.3d 680 (Idaho 2002).
