General Liability Coverage for Adjacent Property

Property damage exclusion in landscaper’s general liability policy applied to damages to owner’s property where the work was performed but did not apply to damages on the adjacent property.  Nova Casualty Co. v. Willis, 39 So.3d 434 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010).
