Notice of Commencement Termination

If a Notice of Commencement expires, a contractor's claim of lien is still effective but does not relate back to the date the Notice of Commencement was recorded.  Southern Colonial Mortg. Co., Inc. v. Medeiros, 347 So.2d 736 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977).
