Signs Of Increasing Demand Will Benefit Beacon Roofing Supply

Despite a mild hurricane season last year, the residential roofing industry may see an increase in demand, as more than 60% of homes were built before 1980, David Englander writes. Beacon Roofing Supply is expected to benefit from this increase; meanwhile, nonresidential roofing also has been a source of strength for the company. Beacon's commercial roofing sales, excluding new branches, increased 9.7% over the June quarter, Englander notes.
