Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation: Part I

Litigation, arbitration, and mediation are three different methods used to resolve a dispute arising out of a construction contract.  Many non-lawyers are unsure regarding the differences between those three methods.  The next few blog posts will discuss the difference between these dispute resolution methods.
