OSHA Residential Fall Protection

The Penalty Compliance extension is over. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration Today will begin to penalize contractors that fail to comply with its new fall-protection measures for residential construction. The new rule requires use of conventional fall protection standards such as guardrails, safety nets and personal arrest systems when working six feet or more above ground.
