New Solar Roof Design Could Provide Free Heating

A new roofing system designed for solar arrays is based on a dorma loft conversion model and could provide free heating to homes. The roof, assembled off-site with solar panels and aluminum, features a heat-recovery system and mechanical ventilation. It also collects rainwater.
