Old Cabell Hall in Charlottesville, W.Va., to get $1.3M Re-Roofing

Old Cabell Hall in Charlottesville, W.Va., is getting a $1.3 million new roof. The building, which is 116 years old, has both slate and rubber roofing from 1898 and the mid-1980s, respectively. The project will be able to use about 30% of the original slate.
