Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements apply to all American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects. In other words, even if you are working on a state and not a federal project, if the project is funded partially or entirely by stimulus funds, you will be required to comply with Davis-Bacon wage reporting and wage determinations.
