OSHA Residential Fall Protection
The Penalty Compliance extension is over. The Occupational
Safety and Health Administration Today will begin to penalize contractors that
fail to comply with its new fall-protection measures for residential
construction. The new rule requires use of conventional fall protection
standards such as guardrails, safety nets and personal arrest systems when
working six feet or more above ground.
