House Bill Will Repeal Fee for License Renewal

Water Well Contractors: Chapter 373, Part II (licensing and regulation): House Bill 999, effective July 1, 2013, will repeal Rule 62-531-340(1)(d), which is a $14 per CEU fee for license renewal.
