New Workers’ Comp Rates for January 1 Renewals

In October, FRSA Past President Brad Sutter, FRSA Legislative Counsel Cam Fentriss and staff attended the annual workers’ comp rate hearings for the State as we do each year. Sutter testified on behalf of the Association and its members, encouraging the Office of Insurance to consider continued efforts on Physician drug repackaging, cash fraud and problems with PEO’s and misclassifications. FRSA was again the only trade association at the hearings, fighting for its members.
