Ratings Agencies a Bit Less Negative About U.S. Economy

The top ratings agencies are looking more kindly on the U.S. economy these days, with Fitch upgrading its outlook from negative to stable for its AAA rating. This marks a bit of a reversal after Standard & Poor's in 2011 downgraded the U.S. to AA+, with Fitch now joining S&P and Moody's with stable forecasts.
