Forecasters have predicted a wet winter for the San Francisco area, prompting a surge in property owners seeking roof work in advance of the rain. R.E. Roofing is fielding three times its typical number of service requests. However, "there's not enough workforce to get to all the jobs when the calls come in, it's such a large amount," said Yale Proctor of R.E. Roofing.
