Seminar on Crisis Management in Construction

Trent Cotney, PA will be giving a seminar on Friday, July 19th 2013 as a part of the FRSA 91st Annual Convention and Trade Show.  The seminar will cover crisis management in construction.  This course will provide contractors and subcontractors with an overview of crisis management in construction including addressing serious injuries and fatalities, disaster preparedness, theft and vandalism, license and identity theft, litigation and other crisis events.  The seminar will focus on crisis prevention including training, security protocols, and fraud prevention, as well as the components of a successful crisis management team.  This seminar will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am and will count for 1.0 hour C.E. credit.
