Plans Unveiled for $200M Entertainment, Sports Arena in Virginia Beach, Virginia

United States Management has submitted a proposal to build a "multi-purpose entertainment and sports arena" that would seat 18,000. If the project is approved by the city council, it "would be one of few in the nation that does not rely on public financing for construction." Chinese investors have put up $200 million for the project.
