Study to Assess Environmentally Friendly Roof Options

Several trade groups are assessing the benefits of different environmentally friendly roofing systems used at the Onondaga County Correctional Facility in Jamesville, N.Y. The correctional facility features increased insulation levels, cool roofs and vegetative roof areas. The study will examine temperature and rain data to help with future decisions on product selection.
